Request a conversation

Tell me what feels harder than it should.

If what you share looks like a good fit, the next step is a private conversation.

This is for parents who are ready to take the next step.

Before you begin

Bring the moments that keep repeating.

The bedtime that turns into a battle.

The child who negotiates every request.

The daily screen time fight.

The guilt that stops you from holding a line.

The feeling that the whole family moves around one child’s mood.

How it works

Three short questions. Then, if it fits, a conversation.

Step 1:

Share what is happening

Answer a few short questions about your family, what feels difficult, and what you would like to change.

Step 2:

Book a conversation

If it looks like a good fit, you’ll go straight to the booking page to choose a time.

Step 3:

A private conversation

You’ll speak with me directly, one on one, about what’s happening in your family right now.

Step 4:

No pressure to continue

This first conversation is not a commitment. It is a way to see clearly whether working together makes sense.

Is this the right step?

This is for parents who are ready to look at the pattern.

It is for parents who know something in the family rhythm has become unsustainable, and who are ready to think clearly about their own role in changing it.

This may be the right next step if:

You are tired of negotiating basic parts of family life.
You want to hold boundaries without becoming harsh.
You feel guilty when your child is unhappy.
You are ready for individual guidance rather than another general method.
You want your children to grow into capable adults, not carefully managed children.

This may not be the right step if:

You are looking for emergency or crisis support.
You need clinical or therapeutic intervention.
You want a script for every situation.
You are looking for someone to fix the child, not work with the parent.
You are looking for quick fixes, not lasting change.
Private by nature

Family life is personal. The first step should feel private, too.

Your answers are treated with discretion and used only to understand whether private coaching is the right next step.

You do not need to share more than feels necessary.

If a conversation follows, it will be a private space to look at what is happening, clearly and without judgement.

A few common questions

Before you send the form

Is this a free consultation?

The first conversation is not a casual advice session or a free coaching call. It is a private conversation to understand whether working together makes sense for your situation.

No. Many parents arrive with a situation that keeps repeating rather than a neat explanation. You can simply describe what keeps happening and what you would like to change.

No. This conversation is about understanding what’s happening, not evaluating you. The purpose is to understand the pattern clearly enough to know whether private coaching can help.

If your situation seems like a good fit for private coaching, you will be invited to book a conversation.

No. Private coaching is focused on your role as a parent, your family patterns, and the practical shifts needed to bring more stability and direction into your home. If clinical or therapeutic support seems more appropriate, I will tell you.

Yes, where appropriate. If both parents are involved in the pattern or the decision to begin coaching, this will be encouraged.

Answer three short questions.

These questions help me understand your situation before a first conversation.

They are intentionally simple. The goal is to get a starting point – to begin clearly.

Curious what parent coaching could do for you?

    Three question. No commitment.

What are you hoping to get from coaching?

If we decide to work together after the call, this is private 10-week coaching.
The investment is $3,500. Payment options are available. Which option best reflects where you are right now? (This is about the program, not the call. The call is free.) *

In 1-2 sentences: what's the biggest parenting challenge you're facing right now? *

    Thanks for being upfront.

Private coaching isn't the right fit for everyone - or for every moment. If things shift, you know where to find me.

    In the meantime,
I share ideas weekly in my newsletter if you'd like to stay connected.
