By booking coaching services through leadingduck.com or Paperbell, you agree to the following terms.

Coaching is a professional service intended to support personal growth and clarity. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

Coaching sessions are delivered online via video or phone.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are final.

Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or late cancellations cannot be refunded.

If you purchase a coaching package, it is your responsibility to use all included sessions within the timeframe stated.

Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

This service is provided under the brand name Leading Duck.

All coaching services are legally delivered by Katrin Lambach – Coaching & Consulting,
a registered sole proprietor (libera professionista) in Italy under Partita IVA IT14227960961.
