Parent Coaching with a European Lens
Why does This Feel so Hard?
Modern parenting flipped the script –
turning mothers and fathers into sole operators,
without the guidance, support, and lived examples
that once made the load lighter.
The pressure to get it right is enormous.
Parents set high standards for themselves,
all while doubting every decision,
negotiating every boundary,
running low on energy,
and eventually reacting from a place of sheer exhaustion.
I help you step out of the daily struggle
by offering clarity, not scripts.
A space to focus on your own well-being,
not just your children’s behavior.
When you’re grounded, you can take your place as the parent you want to be.
My coaching helps you stop running on empty
and start living in a rhythm that works – for you and for your family.
WHY I COACH THE WAY I DO
A European Vision
My coaching is rooted in the European approach to parenting –
a framework that places you back at the heart of the family.
While there is no single European way of raising children,
many share a common thread:
kids don’t need to be constantly at the center to feel loved.
What kids DO need
is your clarity,
your nurturing presence,
and a solid frame,
that helps them feel safe.
Children are seen as capable contributors to family life,
valued, supported, and trusted,
not micromanaged and shielded
from every challenge and the slightest discomfort.
And just as importantly, a parent’s well-being isn’t sidelined,
it is seen as vital to the health of the whole family.
This is the lens through which I provide parent coaching:
helping you reclaim your role, protect your peace,
and raise your children from a place of clarity and self-assurance.
This is Why it’s Personal
Mother of six. ICF-credentialed coach.Â
Supporting parents in staying balanced,
confident and well.
With children ranging from toddler
to thriving young adults in their mid-twenties,Â
I’ve lived through every season of parenthood
– from sleepless nights with babies to the moment
they step out into the world on their own
(And, yes, this does include occasionally misplacing myself
– somewhere between sock seams and teenage silence…)
My coaching approach is rooted in
the unpredictable rhythm of real family life
– with its chaos, curveballs, and quiet wins.
It’s shaped by decades of parenting across cultures and a deep respect for the individuality of each family.
Alongside my personal path,
I have pursued academic studies in psychology,
with a focus on health psychology.
I am a professionally trained coach with specialized training in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching
from Harvard Medical School.
I also hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential
through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My background allows me to blend evidence-based understanding with the flexible, nuanced thinking that real family life demands.
If you are a parent who wants to stay grounded, clear,
and fully yourself while raising your children,
you are in the right place.

I know firsthand how deeply fulfilling
– and at times, disorienting –
parenting can be.
